Your answers and your name

While you take the quiz, your answers are saved in your browser’s local storage so that a reload does not lose your place. If you sign a result with a name, the name is saved there too. None of this is sent to Cabin Quiz. Clearing the site data for this site in your browser removes it.

Share links

A share link carries your answers and name after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part to the server, so Cabin Quiz never receives it. Whoever you send the link to can see your result and the name you chose to put on it.

Visit counts

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not follow you from site to site. It never sees your answers.

Advertising

There are no ads on the site at launch. If ads are added later, this page will say which service shows them and what it stores.

Hosting

The site is served as static files by Cloudflare. As on any web server, standard request logs such as IP address and time are kept for security.
